At Spiral Dreams & Healing, we take pride in offering transformative Lucid Dreaming workshops that are thoughtfully crafted to support deep personal growth and conscious exploration.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we’ve outlined the following terms to ensure clarity and fairness for both our participants and facilitators.
1. Booking Your Place

Advance Booking Required: All workshops must be booked in advance via www.spiraldreamsandhealing.co.
uk or authorised booking links. -
Full Payment: Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Participant Cancellations & Refunds

More than 7 Days Before the Workshop: You may cancel your booking more than 7 days before the scheduled workshop and receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.

Within 7 Days of the Workshop: Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

No-Shows: If you do not attend the workshop and have not contacted us in advance, no refund will be issued.
We appreciate your understanding, as close-to-date cancellations often mean we’re unable to fill your place.
3. Cancellations by Spiral Dreams & Healing

- If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:
- A full refund or
- The option to attend a rescheduled date if one is available.
Please note: We are not responsible for additional costs you may incur (e.g., travel or accommodation).
4. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

Include your full name, workshop name and date, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and apply to all future bookings.
